Personal Info About Michelle... Favorite Songs: "Don't Get Comfortable" and "Give Me Your Eyes" by Brandon Heath, "Made to Love" and "One World" by Toby Mac, and "How You Live" by Point of Grace Favorite Books: "The Holy Bible," "Eat, Pray, Love" by Elizabeth Gilbert, "Ellen Degeneres, My Point... and I Do Have One," "Laughter from Heaven" by Barbara Johnson, and old children's books such as "Go Dog Go," "The Little House" and "The Mitten" Favorite Places: Well, my husband and I have lived in 6 different states over the last twenty something years of our marriage and all of them are located in the Southeast... Georgia, Kentucky (that's as far north as we got), Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia, North Carolina again (we were transferred back to NC 4 yrs later, but to the other side of the state), and then after 3 yrs there we were transferred finally back to our "hometown" in Atlanta, Georgia where we are now! Living on a budget with four children we have done very little traveling outside of our home areas, but I was born and raised in Florida so at least I have one "extra" state than my husband does since he's from Alabama! ;o) We do LOVE THE SOUTH! If y'all have never visited this part of the country you should come visit! We have beautiful white sandy beaches all along the Gulf coast and the Appalachian mountains are delightful! Each state we have lived in has been great, but I would also love to visit other states and other countries as well, especially to meet all of you! Favorite Movies: Sense and Sensibility, Nim's Island, Ratatouille Favorite Foods: Southern, Italian, Cookies and Chocolate (Even after forty-something years I still insist that cookies and chocolate ARE food groups! So for those of you younger folks who didn't know that yet, there you go. ;o) Favorite Chefs: Paula Deen (because I just love her and want to adopt her into our family!), Rachael Ray (because she's teaching the world how to cook!), Emeril (because there's only one EMERIL and he's the best!), Alton Brown (because he's just so cool and from Atlanta!) and Nigella Lawson (because her recipes are always amazing!) Favorite Colors: Fuchsia Pink, Orange, Red, White Favorite Animals: Polar bears, golden retrievers, cocker spaniels, and the black and white bunny rabbit, golden hamster and 6 beta fish I take care of daily for our children... and whatever else they bring home. :o) Favorite Quote: "All the masterpieces of art contain both light and shadow. A happy life is not one filled with only sunshine, but one which uses both light and shadow to produce beauty." - Billy Graham * * *
